Terms & Conditions

  1. The Instructor shall have the right to substitute another Approved Driving Instructor for the purposes of giving all or any of the lessons if the Instructor is not available for any reason whatsoever.
  2. In the event that the Instructor is unable to substitute another Approved Driving Instructor for a specific appointment, or in the event of mechanical breakdown or other cause, the Instructor reserves the right to rearrange the lessons to a time convenient to both parties.
  3. The Instructor will carry comprehensive motor insurance covering the Pupil whilst driving the tuition vehicle when accompanied by an Approved Driving Instructor or a Department of Transport Examiner.
  4. The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of each lesson.
  5. Advanced block booking payments are non refundable and only valid for 6 months.
  6. If the Pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of 48 hours notice cancelling any lesson, the Pupil shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of such a situation.
  7. The Pupil agrees that he/she is duly licensed & legally fit to drive the tuition vehicle.
  8. The Instructor will abide by the D.I.A. Code of Conduct
